My Fasting Numbers Suck!
Does anyone have a go-to to lower their fasting numbers? All of my daytime numbers are controlled with diet, but for the life of me, I can't get my fasting numbers under 100. 😩 And I have too far to go to start with insulin right now. I'm only 12+2.
7th pregnancy, 3 living children, 2nd time with GD.
