I've been experiencing a continuous stream or trickle of fluid for the past few days. It's very slight, but it doesn't seem to stop. I've started using panty liners to monitor it, and I've noticed the discharge is a light brown, sweet smelling and watery. During my first pregnancy, my mucus plug was much more bloody and had a thicker texture, so I'm wondering if this could even be the plug.

Additionally, I've been dealing with a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions for weeks now, many of which are quite painful and don’t go away with changes in movement. I've brought these concerns up with my OB, but they didn't seem too worried and advised me not to stress about it.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm currently almost 35 weeks along with fraternal twins.
