I am 8DPO today. I had some cramps that lasted about an hour split between lunch time and 4-5pm on 6DPO and very little yesterday. Today… from the moment I woke, until now… I have had cramps on/off all day. Some are so strong, I’ve not experienced this before? Prior to AF starting, I have like dull, muted sensations, this is sharp and think… 3/10 scaled lightening crotch pain.

My temps dropped and then shot up this morning. Still above cover line. So I am not thinking AF?

Anyone else experienced this? I’ve not before, this is new territory.
