Never had an orgasm during- tips?

Ok, ttc, only tike I've ever been close to orgasming was when we concieved my first so i feel like its an important ingredient in concieving no. 2 lol. But i just cant. I can reach it quickly on my own, but id live to be able to when with someone. I have ptsd so its quite possiblysomething to do with that. Tips and tricks?
