I really didn’t think I could get pregnant until I weaned my second child (15 mos) because it took us seven months after weaning our first to get pregnant with her. My husband and I were not trying, not preventing, and we are very excited about baby number three. However, I have never been pregnant and breast-fed at the same time. I am so hungry! I am five weeks pregnant today and I knew I was pregnant before I took a test at four weeks because of my symptoms. Is anyone else pregnant and breast-feeding?
