Hot flashes 😩😭

Y’all please somebody tell me I am not the only one experiencing these god awful hot flashes 😭😭😭😩 they’re so bad I feel like I’m going to pass out or puke, or both. And I suffer from horrible anxiety, so these hot flashes making me feel sick and dizzy/faint is messing with my anxiety bad since I had to wean off of my medication… 😭😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Update- I ended up puking and I’m not sure if it’s from something I ate, from just normal pregnancy sickness, from the hot flash or if I’m getting sick with some kind of bug… 😩😭🤦🏻‍♀️ thankfully I go see my OBGYN on Monday morning, so I’ll be able to get something for nausea if I’m still dealing with that!
