Everyone has hip dips. It just comes from how the pelvic bone is shaped. If it looks like people don't is because of photoshop or surgery. Even the skinniest of girls have hip dips.

You do, but just barely. I got rid of mine and I barely have hips LOL there's some exercises you can do to get rid of them. Now Im working on getting some hips

No not everyone has hip dips. And no theyre not unchangeable. Theres muscle there that you can build up. But i think hip dips like yours are cute. So it just depends on if you want to go that far.
