Painful hard lump I think clogged milk duct

I all nurse my one year old. I haven’t had a hard lump in a long time. Normally they would go away after he would nurse . This one is not going away after a few times he has nursed it. I even tried pumping it last night for 15 mins. It hurts. I showered a hot shower with water on it, massaged it… I don’t know what else to do. Anyone?
