I have been in a toxic work environment for the past three years while in college obtaining a Bachelor's degree. I completed my education earlier this spring. I have been interviewing for a new position and I am supposed to hear back this week. The company is completely understanding that I want to give my current employer a two week notice. However, I am the only employee in the office and frankly, the only one that knows how to carry out many of the tasks. I have trained multiple people in the past few years, but my boss basically runs them out. His expectations are unrealistic, especially for the low wages being offered. My boss is leaving the country for the next two weeks for business related reasons. It seems like it is unfortunately going to coincide when I will need to put in my resignation notice while he is away.

Any advice on how to go about this? I am very stressed at the thought of this.
