Desperately need advice

So I was planning on leaving my SO when we got back from our trip but during our trip he decided to go through my phone and found a message to my best friend telling her I was going to leave , he has since been love bombing me , guilting me to stay together for the kids. I'm trying so hard to give him a second chance but I'm not entirely happy. I don't know what to do. Not interested in therapy.
