Just found out I’m having a girl thanks to the genetics testing🥰🥰🥰🥰
My energy level is like -2 lately. I don’t sleep very well I wake up so many times every night. But I do try to eat a good breakfast!! Lately my cravings been avocado toast and fruit. Anyone have any advice on sleeping better and energy? I’ve heard magnesium is great for sleep so I may try that.
