Baby went head up at 35 weeks ? Help !

Hi everyone, so my baby has been head down for a long time now , today at 35+5 weeks at my doctors appointment we realized she suddenly went head up.
I was really not expecting that , my doctor said there’s plenty of time for her to change position again but nonetheless I got upset.
Has anyone had the same experience ? And if so how did thing turn out ?

I am sure they can manually rotate her if necessary, but don’t quote me on this. 
You can also try some light exercises using an exercise ball. If you google ‘exercises for engaging baby’, there’s some brilliant tips and tricks that have been proven to work. 
Tbh, if the docs aren’t worried, I don’t think you should be. They see it all day everyday; for us we don’t, so everything that seems off or wrong is catastrophic but to the docs not so much. Try to relax, you’ve got this!

Whatever happens don't let them bully you into an automatic c section, look around for your options and talk to other doctors first
