Am I wrong for being upset that my fiancés mother is having a family photoshoot for her birthday and I’m not included?

The photoshoot has been planned for weeks now and I assumed I was included in some photos considering I’m with my fiancé 7.5 years now and mother to their two grandchildren.

I was asking my fiancés sister what she’s wearing to get ideas and that’s when the hints start dropping. Until finally his mother said she figured out what shots she wants. She wants one of her, her husband and their five kids, I replied ‘that’s nice’ thinking there would be more family shots with me in it too.

She then said she wants another of the males, so her husband, my fiancé, his brother and my son. Then another of her, her husband with my son and daughter. At this point I’m still not minding because I’m believing I’m going to be in one. She then says, that lastly, she wants one of the girls and lists herself, her 3 daughters and my daughter.

Obviously I felt hurt realizing she didn’t want me in any shots, that she wasn’t even going to do another family shot with the grandkids and me included together with all of them. Kind of makes me feel like she’s not accepted me at all.
