What if i dont take vitamins

Is it possible to not take prenatal vitamins? I know a lot them contain biotin , and I’ve tried Folic acid pills before and I react terribly to both of them 
Are there mothers who went without taking any prenatal vitamins?

I’d try taking individual supplements if you don’t want to take one with certain ingredients.. I think they’re always still a good idea you want to support your body and the baby in any way possible

It’s a suggestion to take them, not law. You get to decide what’s best for you. I didn’t take vitamins much during any of my pregnancies, currently pregnant with #8. They might help you, they might not. I’m sure I’m the odd one out saying don’t take them if you don’t want.
