Finding a doula
If you used a doula, how early did you find them? I’m a Kaiser person in NorCal and they have a pretty well run prenatal system for getting everything done. But I’m 38, this is my first pregnancy and I just want a doula who will be in my corner. Any suggestions on where to find them and how well did they work with your doctor/medical team?
