I need help! So I had a positive LH test on 9/3 with really bad cramps. My temp did not go up until 9/7. I slept really bad those nights in between so I am unsure if that affected my BBT. I have an Oura ring so it calculates it over night. What dpo am I? Trying to figure out when to start testing. My other apps are saying I ovulated 9/4 which puts me at 9dpo. If we go from highest temp in past 6 days that’s puts me at 9/5 and 8dpo and if we go from BBT it puts me at 7dpo!
