Hi ladies! Does anyone have experience coming off the mini pill? I have been on it for two years, and haven’t had a period at all. I stopped it 3 weeks ago and I have no idea when my period is supposed to be. I have been taking ovulation tests (strips and digital) and Monday-Wednesday only the digital was positive but Thursday and today the strips and digital were both positive. I know time is the answer, but does anyone have any tips on way to track my hormones/ovulation/period without having a clue what my body is doing right now?
