I was looking at the notes from my doctor and saw this, does this mean I'm pregnant? It is #4 is the one I'm talking about.

It says your urine test in the office is negative and you are 3 days late.

No. They just chose that code, but they wouldn’t have known at the time of the note from what they wrote. I bet they had previously used that code for you and chose it again because it was there as a previous problem.

From what I can read, it sounds like it says you’re late for a period and can’t get good results on a home test so they ordered bloodwork. But I don’t see where it says you’re pregnant

No, it’s a diagnosis code they had to put in for the tests to be financially covered by insurance.
