Last period August 10th no period yet

I took Letrozol 2.5 mg last period on August and my period was so regular and got on and off spotting on August 25th to September 4th and today I took the pregnancy test it was negative .should I wait and test again in few days or this is the side effects of medicine that may delay my period?please help me. Thanks
