hello everyone, i hope this is the right place i can share this. my lmp was july 28th-31st. i took a pregnancy test august 25th and i had a faint line. i had an appointment scheduled (my 8-9 week appointment) on september 27th. my app showed i was 6 weeks, 5 days (i think 7 weeks today) i had 1 miscarriage in 2021 and haven’t had any scares or issues since. i recently got pregnant and everything felt fine, no morning sickness besides slight nausea, my appetite did decrease you know all the classic symptoms. yesterday 09/12, i woke up normally and had a small belly ache but nothing to make me freak out or question it, then early afternoon i went pee and saw some light spotting, a brown color( first photo ) i let it go assuming it was light spotting. about an hour later it got a lot darker and small clots with my cramps getting a little more intense. ( second photo ) then the cramps decreased with lighter pink spotting, no clots ( third photo ) then i went to sleep and woke up and the bleeding was still light pink, but a few hours ago i started getting brighter blood and clots again (last photo)

for context; i am not bleeding through a pad, it is not heavy. not feeling dizzy, no fever etc. just period like cramps and to me it’s like my period flow, not heavy but average? i did contact my obgyn who said a hospital visit could be necessary if i get worse symptoms. i personally don’t want to go to a hospital i feel okay still (physically) my mom keeps saying things like *well maybe you didn’t lose it* but to me this seems like a miscarriage.

do you think a hospital visit is warranted? it’s been 24 hours so far. thank you for any and all advice and words.
