My husband had a vasectomy a little over a year ago. I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it instantly lit up. I took another just to make sure a few days later, same outcome. I had an ultrasound on 09-13-24 and the saw a sac a yolk but no fetal pole. Initially I assumed I was around 9 weeks and a few days but based on hcg levels which are 138880 and progesterone is 20.6, I’m about 6-7 weeks. My doctor said I’m going to have a miscarriage but idk how to feel because my levels seem okay. Has anyone gone through this and what was the outcome?
