Help please I’m in disbelief. How accurate are these tests.

I don’t know why I tested so early according to my app I’m on cycle day 11. I was just going to try out these new tests I ordered from Amazon and they got here last night so I decided to take a test just to see I knew it was too early to test and it would most likely be negative. So I’m just wondering how accurate these really are.
