So on August 29th I removed my nexplanon implant to ttc. I’ve been on it for 6 years.

My last period way August 9th - 14th

I think I spotted for only one day around September 5th (could be a couple days off)

Yesterday (September 15th) I felt tinging cramps and my breast started to hurt

Today my nipples were very large are sore. So I took both a pregnancy and ovulation test. The ovulation test was positive and the pregnancy test was negative.

I’m really not sure exactly what I’m asking for 😂 I think maybe for someone to explain what’s happening. I wasn’t expecting to ovulate until I had a period.
