Looking for some advice..

I got 2 positive pregnancy tests on 10 DPO, since then they have been negative each day. Today I am 3 days late on my period and am always bang on 30 days cycle. Doctor has just advised me to keep testing but I’m experiencing stabbing pains and just wondered if anyone has been through similar? X
