She’s very cute and president, she keeps sneaking into my apartment like she lives here (she lives with the family upstairs and I live in the apartment in the basement). I don’t know what to do, I’m neither allowed to have more than my own two cats nor do I have the funds to take care of another cat. Problem is that her owners doesn’t take proper care of her, the kids abuse her and the parents just laughs as if it’s funny to witness animal abuse?? Like I’m not being dramatic, they carry her by the head often, and she often winces when I pick her up like she’s in some kind of pain. I feel like I have to contact animal control at this point but I also just keep hoping that they’ll treat her better and that the children will learn how to properly handle her (they’re foreign and don’t speak English so I can’t teach them myself).
