I had sex the night of the 7th my fertile window started on the 8th. Is it too soon to test? I’m anxious 😩

Yes it's too soon. I would wait for the date if your predicted period since it sounds like you didn't teach ovulation. 
Or a test should be accurate 2 weeks after sex and definitely accurate 3 weeks after sex.

Although it is not impossible, it is extremely unlikely that you will get pregnant outside your fertile window, even if your ovulation date is not 100% accurate
