My almost 4 month old has been super sleepy today. She’s been in what I believe is a sleep regression the last almost 2 weeks. She was fussier than usual, stopped napping long periods (only napped about 20 min at a time and take lots of those little naps throughout the day), was harder to get to sleep all of a sudden, and waking up a lot more at night

Yesterday she took a 50 min nap which was the longest nap she’s taken in the last 2 weeks. We had a busy and eventful day yesterday. She was back to her 20 min naps after that

Today she slept in an extra hour. She was very smiley and happy this morning. She’s been napping all day. Even when we lay her on the floor to play, she just closes her eyes like she’s wanting to sleep. She never does that! She is not acting fussy at all, she is happy and smiling still. But just sleeping wayyyyy more than normal today
