Is anyone here on oral progesterone during the luteal phase for a Luteal Phase Defect (or short luteal phase) / PMDD symptoms?

Just wanting to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

It also got me thinking, is taking bioidentical progesterone likely to increase my chances of getting pregnant? Previously i’ve had a lot of anovulatory cycles & short luteal phase which i believe was impacting fertility
