Is this rosacea? It comes and goes every now and then
It flared up a couple of days ago and it hasn’t went away. It has very tiny white dots and it’s red around it. It’s a little itchy but mostly warm and irritated. I’m 37 years old I’m thinking maybe it’s perimenopause 😩 I’m going through so many skin problems and other symptoms
