🤔 what could it be?

Is it possible to be pregnant even though you still had a period? So, my husband and I had make up sex the weekend I was ovulating and he went in me (he doesn’t normally. Usually pulls out) I was supposed to start Saturday 9/7 was 2 days late and started on Monday. I bled for 2 days and spotted for 2 days. Now, my uterus feels full and heavy sometimes, had to pee frequently today and when I felt the urge to pee it felt urgent. We are 41 and we have 2 other kids (never had many prego symptoms with them) 7 and 5 that we had to do IVF for. Hormones are so wacky and can mean a 100 different things so just wanted to see yalls thoughts. Thanks!
