So I recently found out I was pregnant but my previous month period was way out of the norm and glow say my expected period was supposed to be to start the 11th but I didn’t get one decided to test on the last day positive pregnancy test . Only symptoms is fatigue, some mild cramping and back pain . So I went to the emergency room because I had some strectching like pain near my c section scar and was gave an ultrasound . No sac or anything could be seen dr told me It to could be early or I could of had a miscarriage but my Hcg level is 540 and my lines on the test actually got much darker then first day .
