I tested the 16th and the 18th Negative and this morning decided to test 20th One then i took another … Can i test negative then test positive practically in a day or what?? help My husband and i have been trying since February

Just went to hospital yesterday for real bad pain, They confirmed with blood work i am pregnant but unsure how long i am Seems to be less than a month they said and also It could be an ectopic pregnancy i go back to er for a follow up ultrasound and blood in two days so Thursday
