My toddler almost a year an ago had vomiting and was given zofran at the ER no testing no nothing was done for her and the dosage was 2mg. She puked twice today so I think it may be a virus coming down I don’t want to take her for vomiting since last time nothing was done I just want to monitor her at home since I do have a newborn as well and I want to avoid the hospital germs. She was fine but woke up puking after nap I asked if anything hurt and she says no. She was so tiny when zofran was given but has gained so much this past few months and is 35 Lbs now at 2yrs 8months. Should I give the whole pill or still only half? TIA.
