Mucus plug no pregnancy?

Hi! I got a hormonal IUD last month and I’m aware it works by thickening the cervical mucus. However, a mucus plug should only be present and fall out when in labor/ pregnant. Which I am 100% not. I do think this is a mucus plug, it looks exactly like the pictures on google. Does anyone know for sure? Please help? What is this? TW: Graphic photo!

Mucus plug is a term for pregnant women. This is simply blood tinged discharge? The mucus plug is what is in the cervix acting as a barrier between baby and outside world to prevent infection.
