IUI with low motility success stories?

Hi 🫶🏼

My boyfriend (recovering from testicular cancer) and I went to our iui consultation and were told his count is 1.9 million. It’s hard to hear especially because we don’t know if he can ever have kids naturally. I’m just looking to see if anyone has any baby/pregnancy success stories from iui treatment with a low motility and what you did that you think helped your odds🥺😓

They said we should try no more than 5 rounds and then try IVF. I’m just hoping with everything we’ve been through lately, we get some good luck with iui 🙏🏼🥺
