I was told I have PCOS in 2022 so that’s nothing new, but the jump to 11.20 scares me. What does all this mean? Also my T4 Free was 1.0ng/dL

Right after the 11.20 results came, my doctor immediately prescribed me Levothyroxin 25mcg daily. Does anyone take this? What were your side effects? Did it help with anything (regulating period, weight loss, etc.) if so, how long did it take?
