First cycle off BC

Hey everyone!

Not necessarily TTC for at least a few months but I got off birth control and am trying to figure out my cycle. The glow app says tomorrow is ovulation so I took a LH & HCG test just because I have a lot of both, ha. Anyways, I'm not sure what I'm looking at?
