Pregnant quick after depo and a year after a Leep!

Feb 2023 I got a leep procedure done. All went well, healed great and post op appts got the okay to try for another. Feb 2024 stopped my depo, 6 months later Aug 12, my first period came. Very light and sporadic. Sept 23 and I’m now 6 weeks pregnant! Already?! Blows my mind !!!
