How do I know if I have early menopause?. I just turned 41 this year. I am supposed to have my period in the beginning of the month. It never came so I took a test and it was negative. I waited a week and took another one and still negative. My period are sometimes short sometimes times longer. I been cramping but no period. It’s almost the end of the month and I still haven’t got it. I sent my husband to get a digitaltest & that one still negative. I got my tubes tied 8 years ago. Can I get some advice
