Positive pregnancy test, spotting and low hCG, helpp!

Hi friends, my husband and I have been on our baby journey for 3+ years and did one round of IVF in July/Aug - negative result. This is my first cycle after IVF so unsure if ovulation is usual timing or delayed. Cycle is usually 28-32 days. On CD 38 I did a home pregnancy test and for the first time ever got a positive! Got a beta hCG test on day 39 and it was at 28, which doc said was low so need another test next week. Preg tests on day 40 and 41 were positive but today (41) got a tiny bit of discharge/spotting. Any thoughts or similar situations? Were very excited but abit nervous becoz of the conflicting symptoms. Thank you and baby dust to all!
