Does anyone use anything else to confirm ovulation besides just the urine test strips?

Urine test strips don’t confirm ovulation, they only indicate if you have a surge in Lh levels, which doesn’t necessarily mean that you ovulated. The only way of confirming that you’ve ovulated is BBT.
