I had my Mirena IUD inserted in 2022 as there’s suspicion of endometriosis (went over symptoms which I had said yes to all of the questions to which he said it was likely but decided not to do any diagnostic tests.) I stopped having periods after about 6-8 months with it.

These past couple of months the cramps have been coming back and getting increasingly worse along with the bleeding that started with occasional spotting now I’m bleeding constantly but only enough to warrant a panty liner and the cramps are starting to genuinely effect me.

Is this normal and has this happened to anyone else?
