constipation rant

this is my third baby/pregnancy. i don't ever remember it being this bad. i hadn't gone in almost 4 days. FOUR DAYS. i couldn't even walk straight out of work it hurt so bad. i took a approved laxative and got some relief but what are you guys taking to prevent this? i'm so scared of this happening again 🙃
