Hyperovulation symptoms?

I’m 8 months pp. haven’t gotten my period back yet. Last month my body tried but failed to ovulate 6 times. Three days ago I got the darkest opk I’ve ever gotten. Then the following day major cramps on both side and my back all day.

You wouldn't be able to tell if you were hyper ovulating based on symptoms alone. They will be similar and you still only release 1 egg 1 time. Your body is just regulating and that's what is causing your symptoms to be more intense then before.
