Possible miscarriage ??

Hi everyone I am currently 5 weeks 5 days pregnant & this morning started off with brown discharge which then later on in the day went to red/blood nitrogen enough to use a pad but noticable when wiping. I been cramping in my back as well & want some advice plz.. anyone experience this before & baby was ok or anyone have this and miscarried plz help

Definitely follow up with OB. I have had this turn into a miscarriage and also had this be okay, but bleeding in pregnancy is not normal and should be checked on. If you start to have heavy bleeding that fills a pad in an hour, pass large clots, or have severe one sided pain go to the ER. Otherwise I’d call the OB office in the morning.
