Hi can somebody help explain to me what T/C ratio means? And what the bit circled below means?

I understand I’m not ovulating yet. I was previously diagnosed with PCOS and I didn’t ovulate on my own. I was prescribed fertility medication and had a successful pregnancy after years of trying. Me and my husband have decided we want to start trying again soon but we wanted to start testing to see if I’m ovulating on my own or if we will need to go down the medication route again.

This is the first time adding my test strips to the app so I’m not sure what this means?! Any help appreciated!
