I was wondering if anyone might have any advice regarding this topic, my boobs have been really tender and sore for the past couple of weeks to the point where sometimes it hurts to even rub them when I wash… I’ve checked for lumps and not found anything, I’ve taken a couple of pregnancy tests and ovulation tests during the past few weeks and they’ve both always come up as negative. I am still producing a tiny amount of milk which is only present when I squeeze my nipples to see if I am still producing any (I have no idea when my milk is supposed to dry up). I haven’t breastfed for over a year and a half and during this time I haven’t had any symptoms to encourage me to express and I’m kind of just waiting for it to stop completely. I’m unsure if this has any relevance to the soreness but I thought I’d include it anyway. Does anyone have any similar experiences or any advice?
