Some blood ?!

I’m gonna post a picture. 
I’m 8w4d today. I left a message for my doctor but considering hospital. 
Would this amount of blood for just one wipe concern you and go to the ER?! 😫 
I’ve had four losses and I don’t wanna lose another 😔

As someone who has had 3 losses, every time this occurred for me it was the start of something bad. Both successful pregnancies I had were on progesterone which helps with early pregnancy bleeding and spotting. However, my friend had a huge bleed around 7.5 weeks and went in for her 9 week apt and all was well and her daughter is 4 months old now. 
I personally would not go to the ER for any early loss unless I was bleeding extremely heavily (more than a pad an hour) or in extreme pain which would concern me for an ectopic. Aside from those things, the hospital is not a great place to go for early pregnancy bc they are not experts in OBGYN care and the best they can do is a beta draw and a scan, which an OB can also do for much less cost, with much more skill and ability to know what they’re looking at
