I have a hyper active 3 1/2 year old non verbal Autistic son. Is there any recommendations of vitamins/ supplements to help calm him down? He is literally on go go go running, jumping, and screaming/laughing 24/7. I know vitamins wont do much but I've read some parents give their Autistic certain gummies like Calming or the Ashwaganda (spelling?) Mushroom...etc to help.

I'm slowly losing it. Judge me if you want but I need to find something to help. He's already in therapies (speech and OT- through insurance) he will have an IEP once he enters the school system. He's goes to daycare now. I've tried sensory toys etc as well. I'm looking into ABA or behavioral therapy to add but I think I need an actual medicine or something at this point. IDK.
