Need some advice

Looking for advice from women who experienced something similar. Had a miscarriage Sept 4 at 5 weeks pregnant. Now my period is due today and I am currently having the exact same symptoms when I had the miscarriage. My hcg levels were 0 at blood tests the day of miscarriage. Had positive tests for a whole week prior to the miscarriage. But tests didn’t show positive until 2 days after period was due. For two days now I’m experiencing the exact same thing I did when I found out I was pregnant at the end of August. Period was due today and took a test but it’s negative. Anyone experience something similar? Really hoping to be able to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy 😞
